Michael Washam
Michael Washam is the co-founder and President of Skills for Christ as well as the co-founder and CEO of Opsgility. Opsgility provides instructor-led training for IT professionals that specialize in Microsoft Cloud technology. Since 2000, Opsgility has trained over 500,000 students. During his 30+ year career, Michael has had various roles in IT, including Technical Support, Consultant, Technical Trainer, Technical Evangelist and Program Manager.
Michael is a member of First Baptist Islamorada and was born again to Christ in 2023.

Steve Ross
Steve Ross is one of the co-founders of Skills for Christ and serves as its secretary. He is a follower of Christ, a husband of almost 30 years, and a father of three. Steve has 25+ years in the IT industry and has held many roles, including consultant, architect and IT Leader. Currently he works as a Technology Strategist at Microsoft, advising partners and collaborating with them to create impactful Data & AI solutions.
Steve was born again by God’s grace in his late teens and has been a ‘clumsy follower’ of Jesus Christ ever since. He is a member at Trinity Presbyterian Church where he has served as a deacon and Bible study leader.

Shane Davis
Shane Davis is one of the co-founders of Skills for Christ and serves as its treasurer. Shane Davis is an executive technology leader and a lifelong learner. He brings almost 30 years of IT experience and leadership and is very passionate about applying technology solutions to improve our everyday lives. As a member of Believer’ Church in Louisville, KY, he has faith that God has bestowed upon each of us spiritual gifts and he’d love to help you find yours.
